Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for lighting fixtures?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed fixtures are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Are Goodlite bulbs compatible with smart home systems?
Many of our LED products are compatible with major smart home hubs. Please check the 'Smart Features' section on the specific product page for details on Alexa, Google Home, or Zigbee compatibility.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Goodlite fixtures and bulbs come with a limited 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal residential use.
Can I dim my Goodlite LED fixtures?
Most of our products are dimmable; however, performance depends on your dimmer switch. We recommend using ELV or LED-rated dimmers for the smoothest experience without flickering.
